Born in Richardson, TX, and now living in Grand Prairie, he enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his wife Niki, daughters Alli and Abby, and their dog Miso.

After two decades as a lead pastor planting churches and serving on staff across the nation, he launched 315 Consulting Group to help pastors streamline their ministries and build healthy churches.
Married to his wife LeAnn since 1997, they have two sons, Gabriel and Michael. Outside work, he enjoys dating his wife, traveling, hitting the gym, and golfing. In 2025, he joined Nation’s Lending, excited to help families achieve their dreams.

Building trust, consistency, and connection are at the heart of her approach. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading and spending time with her two cats. She also loves capturing small everyday moments through photos, finding beauty in the little details.
